Machined from high-grade, lightweight aluminium, the Boompole allows you to mount your microphone securely and swivel it in a range of directions to easily follow your sound source. It has a reach of 3.3 metres and weighs 980 grams. The Blimp is the ultimate windshield and shock mounting system for RØDE shotgun microphones, as well as any third-party shotgun microphone up to 325mm in length. It features a Rycote® Lyre® suspension system for superior isolation from handling noise, plus an ultra-lightweight and ergonomic handle. Housed inside the grip is a heavy-duty Mogami® cable that splits via a junction box to a flexible thin cable inside the Blimp, which minimise the transference of vibration to the microphone. The NTG2 is a lightweight condenser shotgun microphone, designed for professional applications in film, video, television and broadcast. Its full frequency response, low noise and audio transparency makes it ideal in a range of applications including filmmaking, voice-over and streaming. It can operate either from P48 phantom power or via a removable AA battery for maximum flexibility in the studio or in the field. It also features a switchable high-pass filter for added flexibility.
