Your payment is fully covered. We keep your money in our escrow account for 5 days after delivery of your gear. This gives you time to carefully inspect your order, knowing that your money is safe in our account. Only then do we send the money to the seller. Read more

For an additional fee, we can send the gear through a Wedio-certified service center and provide you with a detailed status report of the equipment before you commit to purchasing. This helps you avoid purchasing low-quality products. Read more

We carefully verify all sellers before they can sell equipment on Wedio. All members are verified with their national ID, address, previous experience, and social presence. This minimizes the chance of fraud.

Insured shipments

How do I return gear?

At Wedio, we offer a 48-hour return policy for all purchases made with our Escrow Service. Here is how to initiate a return:

1. Contact support.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the gear. We will document and confirm your wish to return your order and guide you through the next steps.

2. Ship the gear back.

Send the equipment back fully insured and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs in most cases.

3. Receive a refund.

Finally, we will refund you the full purchase price (excluding 3% service fee, additional costs from Third-Party Check and the initial shipping costs). Read more

The "Third-Party Check" is an optional service offered by Wedio for a small additional fee. It allows buyers to have the equipment they are interested in purchasing sent through a Wedio-certified service center to be checked and verified before committing to the purchase.

Here's how it works:

1. As a buyer, you choose to add the "Third-Party Check" service to your order before checkout.

2. The seller sends the gear to a Wedio-certified service center for inspection.

3. The service center performs a detailed check of the equipment and provides a status report to you.

4. Based on the report, you can decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase.

This service helps you avoid purchasing low-quality or defective equipment and gives you peace of mind knowing that the gear has been verified by a professional service center.
