It is the borrower’s responsibility to double check the kits as soon as they can. If something is missing please let us know, but this is rare. We go to a lot of effort to get kit together to a high standard – similar to that you would expect from a professional rental house, with all the accessories and components checked and charged. All items are collection and drop off. We can offer delivery/collection, but this is a chargeable service and needs to be negotiated in advance. Please ensure good time-keeping and double check all components before return. Take a clear picture of the kit before you use it and use this as a reference for ensuring all is present when you’re finished. If items are missing, we will contact you immediately and a claim may be lodged against the you if this isn’t resolved quickly. If an item is not returned on its scheduled date, and time e.g. later than the agreed allotted time, another day will be charged by us and you may even be charged an additional fee (by Wedio). Bookings of one day constitute 24 hours (2 days = 48 hours etc.), not longer. Lenders do not reveal their address until a booking has been confirmed. Please don’t ask for the collection address until you’ve been verified and your booking confirmed. Bookings will only be made via Wedio – we will not accept cash payments and you will not get the kit if you haven’t been verified by Wedio; this can take some time so be sure to make your bookings in good time, so you’re verified when you need to be. We are not liable for your wait times to get verified. If you decide to cancel an item; get Wedio to do it for you – we do not cancel bookings. If you cancel a booking within 48 hours Wedio may keep 30% as a late cancelation fee. We do not refund cancellation fees, but credit notes can be issued for future bookings.
