And they have already 5+ positive reviews on their profile. ❗NOTE: I use the listed gear for my professional work weekly; if you damage, lose the item/s, this will affect my business. You'll be responsible to have the gear fixed and pay each extra day as a rental day until the product has been fixed or replaced. - 📆 AVAILABILITY Please ask if the items are available before booking. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. I'll not hand over items until the booking is secure and all the checks have been made. If you had a last minute call for a shoot, it's not my business, so be considerate. I will not reply after 10pm. - ⏱ RENTAL PERIOD 1 day rental is a 24hrs period. If an item is not returned within its scheduled time you'll need to pay for an extra day. If you do not, Fatllama will charge an extra 100% on the original price as a fine. Or in some cases they will charge you the value of the product itself! - 🆔 IDENTIFICATION Bring an ID with you. On collection I'll take a clear picture of you and your ID before I pass over the equipment. I'll release the equipment only if you're the person on your Fatllama profile. - 📦 COLLECTION All items are collection and drop off only in Hammersmith. Sometimes I will be able to meet in other locations if I'm around town, which will be discussed before-hands. I do not offer delivery services. - ✍🏼 CHECK IN Before each rental I take photos and videos of the conditions of the gear to also show it's working. Please, do the same yourself on collection to check that the items are all present and accurate to description. Take a clear picture of the kit before you use it and use this as a reference for ensuring all is present when you’re finished. - 💆🏻‍♂️ CARE Please use the gear carefully and keep it clean. I.E.: If a lens comes with a UV clear filter, keep it on it for the whole shoot. Removing dust from the inside of a lens is expensive. And I can tell if you have removed it during the shoot. If my kit comes back in an unsatisfactory state, you'll be charged for the damages and blacklisted. - 💰 CHECK OUT Before returning the gear, please make sure you have everything I gave you on collection. Many times people are missing lenses' caps, wipes, cables and accessories, and I either have to charge you or I have to meet you again, which will waste time for both of us. - 📑 INSURANCE & DAMAGES Please use Insurance where applicable. The gear you're renting is EXPENSIVE. Things can go wrong, over a timeline equipment can fail, accidents happen, overseas customs can confiscate items i.e batteries/drones. Please use common sense and research if in doubt. - 📆 CANCELLATIONS If you decide to Cancel an item, it's your obligation to do so BUT you must do it on your side. I will Not Lose valuable points because of you. Simply speak to the team who can do it for you. Bear in mind if you cancel a booking within 48 hours they may keep 30% as a late cancelation fee.
